What Is the Upgrader and how to play Upgrader

Upgrader is a simple game where you can use your balance or items from your inventory for a chance to get something more valuable that you actually want.You choose your target item, decide how much you want to use, and adjust the multiplier. Before starting, you can see both your potential payout and exact chance of success.For example, you could use the value of a Fear of God Essentials hoodie to go for a Moncler jacket, or use a standard Pikachu card to target something much rarer, such as a holographic Base Set Charizard.

Understanding Upgrader mechanics

In Upgrader, you first select the item you want to win. Your bet amount and multiplier then determine the total value available for the upgrade:Bet amount × multiplier = potential payoutFor example, you could target an item worth 100 tokens in different ways:
  • Bet 1 token at 100× for a 0.90% chance.
  • Bet 10 tokens at 10× for a 9.00% chance.
Both combinations provide enough value for the same 100-token item, but the larger bet requires a lower multiplier and therefore gives you better odds.You can also set a multiplier that creates a payout higher than the price of your target item. And if the upgrade succeeds, you receive the item and the remaining value as a bonus.For example, if your potential payout is 150 tokens and the selected item is worth 100, you receive the item plus 50 tokens in bonus value.If the upgrade fails, the balance used for that attempt is lost.

How to Play

To start upgrading your items you have to:
  • Choose Your target Item: Select the exact item you want to win.
  • Set Your Bet Amount: Decide how much balance you want to use.
  • Adjust the Multiplier: Increase it for a larger payout or lower it for better odds.
  • Check the Success Rate: Your exact chance of winning appears in the middle of the wheel.
  • Choose the Winning Range: Move the winning zone to the part of the wheel you prefer.
  • Click Upgrade: Start the wheel and wait for the result.
If the pointer lands inside the winning range, you receive the selected item and any bonus value. If it lands outside, you lose the balance used for the attempt.

How the Multiplier Affects Your Odds

The multiplier controls the balance between the potential payout and your success rate.Increasing the multiplier gives you more value to work with, allowing you to target a more expensive item or receive a larger bonus. However, your chance of winning becomes lower.Reducing the multiplier does the opposite. Your potential payout becomes smaller, but the winning range grows and your success rate improves.You can adjust both the bet amount and multiplier until you find a combination that works for the item you want.Some quick settings also let you choose a success rate, such as 25% or 50%. The Upgrader then calculates the multiplier automatically and shows you which items are available within the resulting payout.For example, choosing a 25% chance lowers the multiplier and improves your odds, but it may also mean that a previously selected expensive item is no longer available unless you increase your bet amount.

Moving the Winning Range

The winning zone does not have to stay in one fixed position on the wheel in this version of Upgrader.You can move it to the beginning, middle, or end of the wheel before starting. For example, a 20% winning range could cover the first 20% of the wheel or any other section of the same size.Moving the range only changes where the pointer needs to land, not your actual chance of winning. It is mainly a customization feature, letting you place the winning zone where you prefer and follow the result more easily as the wheel spins.
